About Us

Our History

FMI was founded in 1999 by Jasalyn Falciani and Chad Falciani.  Their continuing vision for the Company is to provide innovative solutions to the most demanding medical device manufacturing challenges.  This vision is achieved by using the best available technology and employing machining methodologies unmatched by competitors.

FMI Medical was acquired by Squadron Capital LLC in December of 2008. Squadron Capital is a Connecticut based investment group that seeks to buy and hold select companies as long term investments and to assist the leadership in executing their respective business plans.

Squadron's relationship with FMI has provided the company exceptional financial backing and support. We believe that FMI's expertise backed by Squadron's resources has created one of the strongest and most technically competent contract medical manufactures in the US.
